Dipankar has over 23 years of experience aligning IT strategies with business processes as consultant with NYNAX, Unisys Corporation, Andersen Consulting and Deloitte Consulting. He has strong background in Strategy development, Process re-engineering, Product innovations and Program Management involving senior decision makers medium to large corporations from across multiple verticals. He holds an MS in International Administrative Studies and an MBA in Quantitative Business Analysis from Ohio State University.

Nick has built a career over 20 years, highlighted by his success in planning, execution and management of complex marketing programs and business development activities, which, notably, drove millions of dollars in revenue and acquired in excess of 17 million customers for companies in the telecom and technology industries. Skilled in identifying and capturing business opportunities, targeting and securing major accounts and building strategic alliances, together with an extensive technical product knowledge set and excellent communication skills, and multitasking, analytical and organizational skills, he has consistently delivered results and growth for companies across industries. Nick led the most successful Premium-SMS division in the U.S., expanding the company’s membership 800% and increased revenues by more than 1,000%. He negotiated multi-year, multi-million dollar strategic partnerships with advertisers and publishers to help two large public companies: New Motion, Inc (Atrinsic-Kazaa – NASDAQ: ATRN) and LifeMinders, Inc (NASDAQ: LFMN) reach their business goals. He directed marketing initiatives which expanded online subscriber membership from less than 1 million to over 17.5 million members in a 13-month period. He also led the company’s newest division to gross profit in excess of $10 million (net $2.5M) in a period of one year, accounting for 25% of the company’s gross revenues. Nick holds a BA in Economics from Harvard.

Partner – Digital Strategy and Services
Suparno brings in 24 years’ experience in digital marketing and media, shaping strategies for Fortune class brands as well as startups. Suparno specializes in multi-channel digital marketing with a strong focus on search engine marketing, both organic and paid, social media and influencer engagement and data-driven marketing performance analysis. He has been responsible for audience growth and revenue for businesses across diverse verticals, in both B2B and B2C ecommerce markets. He started his career in the early days of internet as a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held the positions of a Director in Digital Marketing division of Dun & Bradstreet and Director of Digital Business for Tristar Products. Earlier he was the Head of Marketing for ITC Infotech, among other senior level marketing positions. Suparno studied in Presidency College and University of Calcutta and holds a PhD in physics.
